WHAT IS A SUNLIGHT HOME?

A Sunlight home is a wonderfully comfortable, highly energy efficient home with abundant day lighting, custom designed in direct response to your personal design needs, your aesthetic tastes, your building site and its solar orientation and your building budget.

The process of designing and building a Sunlight home is actually a team effort between you, Sunlight Homes and then with your local builder. Initially, you work with us to develop your design. See our DESIGN section for a detailed description of our design process.

Once your design has been developed, we complete your detailed construction documents and specifications (blueprints). The materials in the Component Package are custom fabricated and delivered to your site when your builder is ready for them.

Your builder is selected by you and we provide the information needed to efficiently erect your SIP home. Your contractor preps the site, erects the panelized SIP structural shell, then completes the home, supplying all of the materials not included in our package.
