Here you can see the furring strips nailed on the inside of the SIP panels and the space at the bottom of each furring strip where the electrical is run. This is faster for the electricians than drilling through studs and fishing the wire, like in frame construction since the wire is stapled to the wood. (scroll down for more information)
We use remodeling boxes because they are not as deep and fit between the panel and the drywall that is applied to the furring strips without cutting into the panel. This corner is for the kitchen sink and you can see the plumbing run along the inside of the panel. Usually, the kitchen sink is the only place where a plumbing chase is needed since most other plumbing occurs on inside walls or runs in the crawlspace.
