Windows capture views in all directions and interior design options are not dictated by south banks of windows like in the "old days."

The wide variety of exterior design styles in Sunlight homes today belie their super energy efficiency in materials and methods. We fine tune the designs to fit the specific climate and the design needs of the client. Some of our customers have energy efficiency as their top priority and their homes are designed with different criteria than those who also want to capture certain views or use specific design ideas. Since our homes are designed to fit each individual situation, no two are alike.
 We design homes that range from having only increased day lighting and energy efficiency, to totally solar homes heated totally by the sun and powered by photovoltaics...and everything in between. These choices are made by our clients; each having their own preferences and priorities. Our job is to design the best home for each individual client.
