 ne of the most exciting experiences during the design phase of your project is viewing the animated 3D model of your new home. Since our homes tend to have interesting lines and shapes, to see your home in 3D on your computer screen vividly shows what it will look like after it's built.
QUALITY CONTROL FEEDBACK
 The 3D model feature of our software gives us immediate quality control feedback during design. As we create the model, we view it in 3D because it shows more clearly how complex angles fit together and how the structure will look when it is built.
Modeling a custom design is much like physically building it on site, since all of the elements in the plan are 3D. Modeling a prototype (which is what each custom design is) gives the designer the immediate feedback to assure that the home will go together as planned on the job site. This step vastly increases the predictability of a new, custom home design and is a great visualizing tool for your builder too.
3D ANIMATION OF YOUR MODEL
Because our software models our homes in 3D as we draw the plan, the raw information is in place so that a 3D animation can be created directly from your model to be viewed online or downloaded and burned to a CD.
 The images on this page are still shots of our animations. Before the animation is created, colors, textures and backgrounds are added so that your home looks realistic. You can see animated, summer and winter sun studies that show how sunlight and shadows will fall on your home, given the home's latitude and solar orientation and the size and location of your roof overhangs.
