STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING STAMP
All of our architectural plans are stamped by a structural engineer in your state. Since most places don't require home plans to be reviewed and stamped by a structural engineer, the building department takes on the task of making sure the plans meet their local code. When they receive plans stamped by a structural engineer, they know that the plans have already met much more rigorous specifications than their own, which makes their job much easier. As a result, the approval process is usually quicker and easier.
