 ne interesting option during the design phase of your project is to order an animated, 3D virtual model of your new home. Since our homes tend to have interesting lines and shapes, to see your home in 3D on your computer screen is the way to really understand what it will look like after it's built.
VIRTUAL 3D MODEL OF YOUR DESIGN
 After your new home design is drafted, a virtual, 3D model is created directly from your plans as part of our component package.
Since our homes are all original designs that have never been built before, building a virtual, 3D architectural model from the plans is an excellent quality control test for us and is also a great visualizing tool for you and your builder.
 You can order a 3D animation "flying around" the outside of your new home so you can see it from all angles.
The images on this page are still shots that have come from some of our animations. The model is rendered to look realistic, like the examples here. Animated summer and winter sun studies are also available that show you how sunlight and shadows will fall on your home, given the home's latitude and solar orientation and the size and location of your roof overhangs. Archimotions also offers a cut away version of your home with the roof removed so you can see the interior walls and the rooms inside as you fly over the top of your home.
 You can order additional animations such as an interior "walkthrough" that will take you in the front door and walk you around the interior of your home. The 3D walkthrough is wonderful because if feels as though you are actually there in your new home! See the placement of windows and even see through to the outside! Look at ceiling heights, interior walls, and peek into the various rooms in your home. We think it's the next best thing to being there.
