HOW IT WORKS
 Our customers begin the process with land that can be anywhere in the United States, and they contract directly with a local builder to build their Sunlight home. We recommend that they choose a local builder who they can communicate with easily, who has received positive recommendations from previous customers and who they can trust.
99% of our builders have never built a structural insulated panelized (SIP) home before. Fortunately, this building system is straight forward, so we have not found it necessary to develop a certified builder network. Our homes have been built across the country for over twenty years and this approach has proven successful for both our customers and their builders.
 Our primary service is custom home design and we provide our Component Package for every Sunlight home. We also provide the information and support necessary for builders to have a positive experience building our homes. We have a toll free phone number for builders and are available to answer questions throughout the building process.
Our Component Package includes, along with a complete set of plans, the rough, structural shell of the home including framing lumber for interior walls and the garage, Pella windows and exterior doors. The contractor supplies all other materials and all labor needed to build and complete the home.
